2. Services

  • We provide outstation cab services from Dehradun and Delhi to various destinations.

  • Availability of vehicles is subject to prior booking and confirmation.

  • Prices are displayed on the website or communicated directly at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or other approved platforms.

  • You must provide accurate details (pickup location, destination, contact information, and preferred vehicle).

  • Payment terms:

    • Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

    • Balance payment must be completed before or at the start of the trip.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Customer Cancellation:

    • Cancellation made 24 hours before pickup: Full refund of advance.

    • Cancellation made within 24 hours of pickup: Advance payment will not be refunded.

    • In rare cases (vehicle unavailability, emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. A full refund of advance will be provided.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must carry valid identification and travel documents.

  • No illegal items, hazardous substances, or banned goods are allowed inside the cab.

  • The customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times where applicable.

6. Driver & Vehicle

  • We ensure our drivers are licensed, experienced, and follow road safety rules.

  • Vehicles are regularly maintained and checked for safety.

  • Explore With Arim will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or government restrictions.

    • Loss of personal belongings during the trip.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made by the customer.

8. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, routes, or services without prior notice.

  • Any changes to bookings will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, text, images, and designs) is owned by Explore With Arim.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
